New Zealand Camp

The Ambition New Zealand Camp has been part of the Ambition Summer Training Program now since 2016 and remains the stand-out favourite camp of many of our athletes both past and present. Alongside the Ambition Zermatt Glacier Camp and the Ambition Neuss Indoor Camps, there really is something for everyone when it comes to accessing quality training on winter snow, summer snow, or indoors. The Ambition New Zealand Camp is based out of Arrowtown / Queentown, with training taking place at the Coronet Peak T-Bar “Rocky Gulley”, just 20 minutes away. From mid-July to mid-September each year, mornings are spent either training at Coronet or following the local FIS / Children’s racing circuits before afternoons at the local gym / sports pitch / up one of the areas beautiful hikes. With Queenstown dubbed the ‘Adventure Capital of the World’ it is common to see days off spent skydiving out of a plane / jumping off a bungee platform or flying down the mountain luge track.
